We are committed to providing our clients, customers, and users with exceptional service and products, and we also care about the privacy of the information you provide to us through the Beliefs Brand Business website at https://www.BeliefsBrandBusiness.com and all affiliated websites and events (“Sites”) in connection with the services and products sold provided pursuant to and in connection with the Sites, including but not limited to downloadable books, discussion forums, virtual events, event records and classes (collectively with the Site, the “System”). This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) and any other documents referred to in it explains our practices, defines our users’ (“you” or “your”) privacy options, and describes how your information is collected and used by us.

This Privacy Policy governs your use of the System and any information you may provide or we may access through your use of the System, through social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+ or LinkedIn, sales funnels and events.

By using or accessing the Sites and/or System you agree to the collection and use of information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy. You agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy for the duration of your use of the System. Beliefs Brand shall have right at any time and without prior notice, at its sole discretion, to revise this Privacy Policy. Such revisions and additions shall be effective immediately upon notice, which may be given by any means, including but not limited to posting the revised or additional terms on the Sites. You are responsible for reviewing the Sites periodically for any modification to this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the System constitutes your continued consent to be bound by the then current Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Information Collected

This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected through use of the System and any information you provide to Beliefs Brand, primarily Personal Information, which deals with individuals, rather than organizations or businesses. “Personal Information” uniquely identifies an individual or can identify an individual by combining it with other data. It includes financial and account information, as well as email addresses, phone numbers and other information associated with the individual. The legal name and definition of personal information differs from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. Beliefs Brand will not use or share Personal Information other than as described in this Privacy Policy.
We collect Personal Information about you that may include financial and account information such as your name, e-mail address, general usage metrics of the Sites or portions of the System, your financial payment information, your birthday, email communication history with Beliefs Brand, postings made to the Sites or System, participation history, purchase history and other information associated with you or your organization, as well as other information that may or may not specifically identify you. The information collected on the System may be stored at servers, computers, or other media located in the United States.
Ratings, Reviews and Posting
Beliefs Brand reserves the right to collect and store any information posted or submitted by you to the System or any public forum. Such postings include but are not limited to ratings and reviews for the System, whether submitted directly to the public forum or System or through ratings requests sent by Beliefs Brand or made available for posting on the Sites or System. By submitting a rating or review, you give Beliefs Brand permission to post your ratings and reviews on the Sites or System. You may have the ability to post content to the Sites or System, such as chat rooms, community sites, comments in apps or sites, and online bulletin boards. We may collect and use without restriction any information voluntarily posted to the System.

You should be aware that when you voluntarily disclose personal information in any forum on the System, that information can be collected and used by us and others and may result in unsolicited messages from other people. You are responsible for the personal information you choose to submit in these instances, as it is public and can be used by others including Beliefs Brand at our discretion. Please take care when using these features. You may request and obtain removal of such posted content by contacting us at [email protected] and specifically identifying the content to be removed. Please be advised that any such removal does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of all traces of the content posted on the System or other Beliefs Brand forums.

Third-Party Sources

We may obtain information about you from third-party sources, such as Google and Apple, when applicable. This information may be utilized, analyzed, and/or compared with information that Beliefs Brand has collected from you or that you have submitted to the System. If Beliefs Brand obtains information from third-party sources, you agree that your sole legal remedy for any harm associated with that information is against the third-party that provided the information to us, and that you will not assert any cause of action, claim or demand against us other than requesting we delete any erroneous information.

Information Collection Technology

We may use various technologies, including “cookies” to collect information, pursuant to your use of the Sites, from your electronic device about your activities using the Sites. We may collect and store non-personally identifying information through cookies, and third-parties to profile user activity and preferences. Technical and specification information about your device and settings may be collected when you use the Sites. This information may include your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, your browser type, operating system, access time(s), the content of previously accepted “cookies” from us, and the website address that referred you to the Sites or System.

The System may contain web beacons (also known as “clear gifs”) or similar technologies that gather non-personally identifiable information about your use of the System. Such technology may also be contained in e-mail messages or newsletters from us that allow us to determine whether messages have been accessed. The purpose of our use of this technology is so that we may analyze the effectiveness of our marketing efforts and the quality of the System.

We may use Facebook “pixels” on our System so that we can understand your digital behavior and potentially later target you with related advertising. We may use Google Analytics to understand how long you might spend on our Sites or how you interact with our System.
If you arrive at our Sites from an external source (such as a link on another website or in an email), we record information about the source that referred you to us.

Personal Information About Users Under 18 Years of Age Not Collected
The System is meant for adults and those who have reached the age of majority as defined by the laws of their domicile. The System is not meant for individuals under the age of eighteen (18) or those defined by the laws of their domicile as minors. Nonetheless, this Privacy Policy is still designed to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) to the extent COPPA applies to Beliefs Brand. Accordingly, Beliefs Brand does not knowingly collect or retain any personal information about users under the age of information about a child under the age of 13, that information will be promptly deleted from our databased and all other media. Since we do not collect information from users who are under 13 years old, no such information is disclosed to third-parties.

Information Use and Sharing

We may use and share your information for any legally permissible purpose. We may match, use, and share any of the information we collect from you to any personally identifiable information we obtain through third-parties. providing you with customized content, products or services, whether from Beliefs Brand or any of its Affiliates. When you provide your phone number to us, we may use your phone number to confirm orders, deliver promised ongoing training or communication, and to send text updates, promotions, videos, audios, or SMS messages related to the System or related brands or programs. You can opt-out of receiving any future text messages by simply replying to any of our text messages at any time with the word STOP. By signing up for our System, you hereby grant us permission to text you until you reply STOP
In order to perform certain services on your behalf, we may publish certain information that you provide. You agree that any testimonial feedback or other comments provided by you to Beliefs Brand becomes its sole and exclusive property and that such information may be used for any legally permissible purpose, including, but not limited to marketing and advertising the System,
You acknowledge and agree that Beliefs Brand may use and disclose your personal and non-personal information to public or private third-parties: (i) for inspection by law enforcement officials (including in the case of potential criminal activity); (ii) to respond to cease and desist letters, arbitration proceedings, legal actions and suits, criminal and civil subpoenas, any court orders; (iii) to enforce or apply the terms of this Privacy Policy, Terms of Service or any other agreement between us; and (iv) to protect Beliefs Brand’s, our users’, and others’ rights, property, or safety whether during or after the term of your use of the System.

Accept as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, we will not sell, rent, license or trade your Personal Information to a third party.
Unless otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, we shall not disclose Personal Information you submit to us except (i) with Affiliates, partners, licensees, and successors, (ii) when we have your permission, or (iii) as necessary to:

We may need to verify your identity before providing you with Personal Information or updating it in our system.

Third Party Privacy Policies May Be Applicable

This Privacy Policy does not cover any third party’s use or handling of your information once it is shared. Instead, the privacy policy of the third-party will govern. Information Retention and Security

We may store your information from the time of initial submission, as well as automated personal information about you. However, if we obtain or collect your social security number or financial account information, that information will be encrypted and securely stored.

We take reasonable security measures to protect users’ information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encryption, intrusion detection, intrusion prevention, anti-malware endpoint protection and industry standard data center security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal information, and the usage of reputable third-party vendors. Despite these reasonable measures, we cannot guarantee our security measures are impenetrable. Visitors Outside the United States

This Privacy Policy is intended to cover collection of information through the System from residents of the United States. The laws in other countries may or may not be as comprehensive as those in the United States. If you are a resident of another country and/or are using the System from outside the United States, you acknowledge and agree that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located and our central database is operated.

EU Resident Rights under the GDPR

Beliefs Brand is not a financial institution or other entity required by law to adopt or publish this Privacy Policy or any other privacy policy. The adoption or publication of this Privacy Policy does not subject Beliefs Brand to any stricter duty in its collection, handling, storage and disclosure of nonpublic information then otherwise applies to Beliefs Brand under applicable law. No person or entity shall have any right or recourse against Beliefs Brand, its affiliates, agents, sponsors, or other related parties based on any alleged violation or noncompliance with this Privacy Policy.
